Add permalink button
It would be useful to have a permalink button for any given view, so that you could point users to a specific page by simply sending them the URL, instead of having to explain: "Log in to IRIS, click on Scheduler, then select filters 1) FMI 2) FAIM 3) Analysis Workstations"

This feature exists in the lower right hand corner of each page after a category or a provider is selected.
