book many devices in the same time
Hi,
From time to time, we have to book many microscopes (same day - same hours) for electricity cut off for example.
Do you have a easy procedure to do that ?

Billing
Dear Mister,
I want to ask you a way for the billing. Infact we want to do it by event.
Inside our lab we do Genotyping or sequencing but it is not easy to do it just by event without the time.
Do you think that i will be poosible to ad this way ?Best regards

Social media links are not working
When adding social media accounts to the user profile, the resulting links are non-functional.
For Google and Github, the links simply point to the root websites, not taking into account any user information.
For LinkedIn, the link points to a http: address and renders as an empty page. Changing http to https will redirect to the correct user page.1 vote -
cancellation does not remove booking
we created restrictions for cancellation 36 hours ahead,the window appears but the booking does not cancel and does not disappear from anywhere.

Restriction for maximum number of future bookings on a resource
This is for avoiding an user making too many bookings at once on a resource.
There would be a limit, and for creating a new booking on that resource the user would need to wait for one of the bookings to finish, or delete one of them.1 vote -
Add "Global" option for "Calculation based on:" dropdown menu on usage limit restriction
The "Global" option would act as if it was a group that contained all the IRIS users.
This option is needed if a resource is to be limited to one use a day, but still giving the user the option to select a interval on the scheduler (As opposed to make a single slot per day).
As of now, the "User" option could be used to not allow an user to book more than once a day, but a second user could still book that day.

Option for disallowing start of bookings at selected intervals
This option would work like the Disallow Bookings restriction, but instead of restricting a chosen interval from being booked at all, it would stop an user from starting a booking at the specified time, but still allowing a booking that starts outside the restricted time and ends or covers the chosen restricted interval.

Improve billing and to have working billing rules with flexibility
It would be beneficial if WBS could be categorized and the pricing rules would follow that category the WBS has been categorized. Currently if you set groups or individuals to follow specific pricing rules from the pricing types topic the prices will always be the cheapest.
Also an idea of improving the billing is on the pptx file.

Create an expiry date for a training if not used
Hello,
It could be interesting to set an expiry date on training. If the user doesn't use the resource (with a minimum use of n hours) for which he/she received the training in the n following days/weeks after the training, it has to be redo. We oftenly face the issue of PhD asking for a training on half of the resources of the facility and not using it.

Keep track of cancelled session
Hello,
Could we imagine using a color code indicating, on the schedule, the booking slot that has been cancelled ? Of course, it would be only visible for admin and, whenever someone booked over it, it disappears. It's quite a pain to have to go through the whole booking history to find the cancelled one you're thinking of.1 vote
